With the acidity and taste of real fruit, Htpremium purees have a great application in the BA.RE.CA – HO.RE.CA. area as they replace fresh fruit and offer consistent quality, convenience and a very wide variety of flavors all year round.

Their excellent quality makes them ideal for cocktails, granitas, smoothies, toppings, and any confectionery product. All purees have a 12-month shelf life. Due to the high standards followed in their production, the juices retain their colour and flavour for their entire shelf life. They are available with a special dispenser for easy use. They can also be used in a granita machine (1 bottle produces 10lt of granita).
