Instructions

1 In a blender add
a) 8-10 ice cubes
b) 2-2 ½ portions of puree depending on the recipe
c) 1-2 portions of spirits (Rum, Gin, Vodka, Liqueur)
d) some water until the cocktail becomes 350 ml

2 blend until the ice cubes are crushed

3 pour into the serving glass

4 add a few drops of lemon juice

5 decorate!

In a blender, add the following ingredients

1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream

2 2 portions of puree

3 4 ice cubes

4 a little fresh milk until the total is 350 ml

5 blend until blended

6 pour into serving glass

In a Shaker add

1 crushed ice

2 2 portions of puree

3 1-2 servings of spirits (Rum, Gin, Vodka, Liqueur)

4 shake it

5 pour into serving glass

In a blender, add the following ingredients

1 10 ice cubes

2 2 ½ portions of puree depending on the fruit

3 a little water

4 a few drops of lemon

5 blend and serve in a granite glass

Place in a granite machine

1 bottle of puree

2 4-5 bottles of water

3 open the granite machine and as soon as the granite is frozen then is ready to serve

Place in a granite machine

1 one bottle of neutral colourless base

2 4-5 bottles of water

3 after half an hour the base in the granulator has a temperature of -10°C. Add ¾ of a glass of frozen base, and a portion of puree of the corresponding fruit. Stir and the granite is ready. So with a popsicle maker you can make as many flavours of granite as you like
